The Cottages on Charleston Harbor, located at historic Patriots Point, are beautifully arranged just yards from the water's edge. This is a waterfront view like no other.
Each cottage has a screened porch equipped with rocking chairs, hammock, table and chairs. The setting is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee, taking a nap, playing cards, or having dinner; all with the water lapping just feet away.
As you enter the foyer you'll notice the heart pine flooring throughout the cottage. From there you enter a spacious, well-appointed living area with fine designer furnishings including a comfortable couch, leather chairs, dinner table and more. Instantly you will be taken by the spectacular view of the harbor through the bank of windows running the length of the room. French doors open directly onto the screened porch.
A gas fireplace provides the perfect ambiance for a quiet evening spent curled up on the couch. A nice collection of books, games, movies and CDs are available for your pleasure. A flat screen HD Satellite TV is nestled inside a beautiful cabinet, and a Bose radio is at your disposal.
Attached to the living area is a fully-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, oven, cooktop, microwave, and refrigerator. It offers everything you need to prepare a full meal. Conveniently located just off the kitchen is a third full bath, as well as a washer and dryer.
The master bedroom includes a king-size deluxe mattress, comfortable bedding, generous closet space, in-room safe, ceiling fan, and flat screen HD Satellite TV.
